The Oklahoma Close Up Program would like to thank Mr. John G. Tullius of Norman, Oklahoma for once again providing the artwork for this year’s program T-shirt. This design features a divide in the middle of the state with the Republicans on one side and the Democrats on the other. The caption reads “In the quake of an election year” to depict the upcoming presidential election and the fact that Oklahoma has been experiencing earthquakes.

Thank you Mr. Tullius and Professor Backus for the outstanding job on this year’s T-shirt!

Attention Teachers and Students!

The Oklahoma Close Up Program is just around the corner!

In preparation for this year’s program, please download our 2012 Program Terms and Conditions to review with those students that will be attending our program.

2012 Program Terms and Conditions

In addition, please download the 2012 Student Medical Release Form. This form will need to be filled out and signed by the parent/guardian of the student attending the program. Teachers – please bring a completed form for each student attending the program with you on Tuesday, February 14, 2012. It will be collected by our registration team that afternoon. (No student can be admitted to the program without this form on file).

2012 School Registration

School Online Registration will be available from September 6 through December 31, 2011. Late registration will be available from January 1 through January 31, 2012. Please note that there will be a $20.00 late fee per school charged for those registrations received after December 31, 2011.

*All School Registrations will now be performed online. No paper copies of school registration will be available.

This design features Governor Mary Fallin at the Oklahoma State Capitol holding her finger to show the #1 as the first female governor in the history of the State of Oklahoma.
